• Device and usage data: information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and interaction data, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools when you use the Site.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you register, link a partner brand account, or interact with the Site. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, and we may receive limited information from partner brands for the purpose of verifying referrals.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and analytics tools, to understand how the Site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement. These tools may collect information about your visits to the Site and your interactions with our advertisements. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad personalisation through your Meta account advertising settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

5. Purposes for Which We Use Information

• operate and administer the Referral Rewards Club referral rewards program;
• verify referrals against partner brand records;
• award points and apply credits to your linked partner brand accounts;
• send service messages relating to your account and referrals;
• send marketing communications, where you have not opted out;
• detect, investigate and prevent fraud and abuse of the program; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

6. Disclosure of Information

We disclose personal information to:

• Partner brands — solely for the purpose of verifying referrals and applying reward credits to your account with that brand;
• Service providers — such as hosting providers and analytics providers, who assist us in operating the Site and program; and
• regulators or authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information on servers located outside Australia.
